Gov Idris promises to complete ultra modern state secretariat Kebbi State Governor Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris has directed the Head of Service (HOS) to submit the relevant documents for the completion of the new ultra modern state secretariat complex. The Governor gave the directive yesterday while inspecting the ongoing construction of the new state secretariat complex. He said the project is part of the liability inherited from the previous administrations. He said "The completion of the project is part of my campaign promises.I'm ready to support the civil servants and give them conducive environment and working tools". The project was awarded in 2012 by the administration of former governor Usman Dakingari. Governor Idris has promised to complete it because of its importance to the state and it's workforce.
