The Honourable Commissioner ministry for Special Duties, Kebbi State, Honourable Zayyanu Umar Aliero has donated the sum of seven million five hundred thousand naira (₦7,500,000) to support the media team of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Aliero.

The donation is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the party’s communication framework and enhance media engagement at the grassroots level, particularly as the party prepares for the forthcoming ward, state, and national congresses.

Presenting the support to the APC media team, Hon. Zayyanu Aliero Umar emphasized the importance of effective information management and strategic communication in advancing the goals and programs of the party.

He stated that strengthening the capacity of the media team would ensure better coordination, accurate dissemination of information, and improved public awareness of the party’s activities and initiatives.

According to him, a well-structured media system plays a critical role in mobilizing party members, promoting unity within the party, and ensuring that the achievements and objectives of the APC are properly communicated to the public.

Party leaders and stakeholders present at the event commended the donation, describing it as a timely intervention that will significantly enhance the operations of the media team in Aliero. They noted that the support would contribute to improving coverage of party programs, community engagement, and communication with members across the local government area.

The APC media team in Aliero also expressed appreciation for the gesture and assured party members that the funds would be judiciously utilized to strengthen the party’s communication efforts and support its ongoing political activities.

The initiative reflects the continued commitment of party stakeholders toward building a stronger and more effective communication structure within the APC as it moves toward key organizational activities across the country.

The budget is tagged, 'Budget of Transformation and People Empowerment'. He stated that out of the figure, capital expenditure  constitute 75 per cent while recurrent expenditure is 25 per cent.
