Vicims of bandits attack get palliatives support from Gov. Nasir Idris . Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu has directed the distribution of relief items of millions of naira to over a thousand displaced persons on Monday who fled their homes following a brutal attack on seven villages on the border between Kebbi and Sokoto states. The victims in the seven villages mostly farmers were driven from their homes when the bandits attacked Zawaini Zawaini, Jangargari, Jaja in Kebbi state as well as Karani and three others in Sokoto state. KBSG condoles with TCN over fire incident. The Kebbi State Government has expressed its deepest condolences and sympathy to the Transmission Company of Nigeria regarding the fire incident that engulfed its transmission power station in Birnin Kebbi on Thursday night. Kebbi  Assembly passes vote of confidence on Gov. Idris. The Kebbi State House of Assembly this Thursday unanimously through a resolution passed a '' vote of confidence" on the State Governor,  Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu for his land mark achievements within 100 days in office.  The commendation followed a motion moved by Alhaji Nuradeen Kangiwa, member representing Arewa Constituency during plenary in Birnin Kebbi. The motion was seconded by Alhaji Muhammad Garba-Bena, representing Danko/Wasagu East Constituency.
